Delivery Policy


It will take 3 business days for your product to get to you. Please take note that, according to Delbro Premium courier service agreement, all orders will only check out on Tuesdays and Thursdays for delivery.


You will receive an email from us with  a tracking number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress. To track your parcel and get an estimated delivery time, just follow the link in the tracking email.


You will need to sign for your order when it arrives. If you are not available to sign for your order, Delbro Premium will leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated Delbro Premium Store.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
