RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns/Refunds

  1. Our return policy allows for a 7-day window period.
  2. Regrettably, if more than 7 days have elapsed since your purchase was delivered, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
  4. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  5. We do not accept returns on undergarments, perfumes, and/or items of a sensitive nature.
  6. Gift cards, coupons, and sale/discounted items may not be returned.
  7. To complete your return, please email us at info@delbropremium.co.za with a proof of purchase. We will then notify you if your item can be returned.
  8. Please courier your item to us at Delbro Premium, 39 Westbourne Road, Central, Port Elizabeth, 6001.
  9. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  10. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  11. Please note that courier costs to and from you are for your cost and won’t be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

  1. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you need a size change. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@delbropremium.co.za.

Shipping

  1. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 39 Westbourne Road, Central, Port Elizabeth, 6001.
  2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
